What to wear

Dress code

Formal Garden Party

We’d love for everyone to dress up with us. Think full suits, and midi or floor-length dresses in colours, prints, and fabrics fit for a late-summer celebration.

A word about the ground

Parts of the celebration will take place outdoors on the lawn, so please keep the grass in mind when choosing your shoes. Block heels, wedges, and flats will be much happier than stilettos.

September evenings in Nova Scotia can cool off once the sun goes down, so a jacket or wrap is worth bringing.

Gifts

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, and we kindly ask that no physical gifts be brought.

We have chosen not to create a registry. For those who wish to give, a contribution toward our future together and honeymoon would be sincerely appreciated.

We’re simply grateful to have you celebrating with us.
